Such circumstances can take a toll, resulting in anxiety conditions, chronic anger, depression and under-achievement. Most people need community support and emotional resources in the aftermath of such circumstances and many need special assistance, like counseling, to recover fully from such experiences. To assist recovery of individuals in the throes or aftermath of adversity, Therapy Plus offers individual and group counseling and psychotherapy. Additionally, Therapy Plus offers clinical consultation and training to professionals and program consultation to agencies which are working to develop programmatic solutions to the problems of whole communities emotionally stressed by adversity.
